Glorious God, You are my exceeding great reward, just as You promised to Abraham and to the sons of Aaron, the Levitical priesthood. You desire to give of Yourself. I do not want to get distracted by other things, other pursuits and even other gifts that come from You but aren’t meant to fulfill the longing I have inside for something more. You will for the ages to come continually give more and more revelation of Yourself to me as I come into a deeper and deeper understanding of Your heart, your character and your ways. No earthly possessions could ever satisfy the cry in my heart. I want God! I was created to experience You. I ask that You would give me a down-payment of the age to come, that I would experience my eternal inheritance in You even today. It is my inheritance, it is my portion and it is my birthright as a child of God to see and experience You even on this side of eternity. If all I ever get is You, all I’ll ever need is in You. Manifest Yourself to me, Abba, my holy Inheritance, in Jesus’ name AMEN
