2 Samuel 7:18
I want to spend time alone with my soul.
God wants to talk to me and tell me my role.
I have so much potential, I am being held back,
I need to get focused and my life back on track.
“Back?” you say, was I ever on before today?
I had my moments, my God-inspired two-cents,
But I have so much more to give
to help me, my friends, and my family to live.
I wish I understood it all
and I was already good at it all,
but I’m not. I’m all I’ve got.
No superhuman powers or lack of cowardice,
Just me.
Just little old me,
with grandiose thoughts of changing the world!
Are you ready for me? I hope that you are.
As soon as I get it, I’ll share it, and we will go far.
